Builders Use SRA Rule To Bypass BMC, Boost FSI

Mumbai: An upcoming luxury tower on a very narrow plot in upscale Khar (west) could soon give Mumbai’s builders an idea of how to obtain higher floor space index (FSI) by going around the civic body’s regulations and approaching the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA).
