Rains claim 23 lives in Kerala
Torrential rains lashing the entire territory of Kerala since May 29 have till Monday claimed at least 23 lives and have caused widespread damage to crops, homes and property even as weathermen expected the southwest monsoon activity to weaken over the State by late Monday night and start its northward journey.
