The Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) has unveiled the draft Green Energy Open Access Regulations, 2023, ushering in new opportunities for consumers in the state’s energy landscape. The regulations offer a comprehensive framework for consumers with contracted or sanctioned loads of 100 kW and above, enabling them to procure power through green energy open access.
