The report submitted by CEC dated 17/01/2018 states that the compensation assessed in terms of the judgment and order passed by the Supreme Court works out to Rs.17417.99 crores for violation of the environmental clearance and an amount of Rs.1756.39 crores for violation of the forest clearance.
