Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Suo Motu Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand & Ors. dated 08/05/2017 regarding disposal of sewage in river Kausi and Ganga, Uttarakhand. NGT finds that the DPR (Detailed Project Report) for setting up STP and other related issues was approved by the Uttarakhand Government without any physical verification.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Centre for Human Rights Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 13/01/2016 with reference to the order dated 6th April, 2015 for the demarcation of ponds at villages Ladpur, Neb Sarai, Shahipur, Kanjhawal, Mangolpur Kalan, Delhi.

Applicant submits that nothing has been placed before the tribunal as to the progress in demarcation of the pond at the said villages.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Centre for Human Rights Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 16/11/2015 regarding illegal encroachments of the water bodies in Delhi.

In compliance to the order of the Tribunal, the DDA has filed the Status report in relation to the water bodies under their jurisdiction. The Tribunal has directed the Counsel appearing for the NCT Delhi to file the Status report in relation to the remaining water bodies.

Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 06/04/2015 regarding illegal encroachments on the water bodies in Delhi, namely, Ponds of Village Ladpur; Ponds of Neb Sarai; Ponds of Village Sahipur; Ponds of Village Kanjhawala and Ponds of Village Mangolpur Kalan.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Prithiraj Dutta Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of West Bengal & Ors. dated 01/12/2014 regarding violation of the West Bengal Trees (Protection & Conservation in non forest areas) Act, 2006 for undertaking expansion of road work.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Circuit Bench at High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong) in the matter of Nababrata Bhattacharjee Vs Chief Secretary, State of Meghalaya & Others dated 07/10/2014 on the issue of dumping of solid waste and garbage as well as haphazard construction activities on the bank of the two rivers - Wah Umkhrah and Umshyrpi. The Tribunal also directed the Umiam Hydroelectric Power Plant, Umiam, Meghalaya (Barapani) to be impleaded as the Respondent No. 3.
