He was addressing a seminar on issues and impacts of climate change on community held at Gandhigram Rural University here on Friday.

Chandigarh: Emphasising upon the need for soil and water conservation technologies to meet the threats of climate change, global warming and melting of glaciers, Dr J P Kaushik, special secretary and director, Agriculture, Haryana, said soil health has deteriorated to such an extent that it has become the most important limiting factor in crop production.
