Grievance in the application was that land reserved for park and open space as per Master Plan 2021 was sought to be encroached at Khaduli, Baghpat road over bridge and proposed bus stand at National Highway-58, Meerut, by-pass Modipuram by-pass to Khirwa Road and at Bhola Road, Village Sudpur alias Pathanpura adversely affecting the environment.

It was stated that the site of school was part of green belt which had been illegally transferred by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to Guru Vivekanand Shiksha Sansthan, for a school.
