Heavy rain and floods have so far claimed 31 lives in the State prompting the Government to allocate additional funds of Rs12.47 crore for the flood-affected 23 districts.
Bhopal: Above normal rains in ten districts, normal in 28 districts and below normal rains have been registered 12 districts in the state from June 1 to August 6.
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Rural Roads Development Authority (RRDA) has started work to construct 3,000 kilometer long gravel roads in the state under Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojna.
Over Rs73 crore has been sanctioned for 23 road construction projects in various divisions of the State.. These roads will cover a total distance of 120.91.
Bhopal: The State Government will launch a drive for purification and conservation of state’s lifeline Narmada River. Rs. 1298 crore 27 lakh are estimated to be spent on the drive in two phases.
