SHILLONG: The recent cloudburst in Leh, Jammu & Kashmir where many have been affected including tourists is a matter of concern irrespective of geographical locations, if the Regional Metrological Centre (RMC), Guwahati is to be believed.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has stationed a high-level team in Leh which is working on ground for giving relief to those affected and drawing up a rehabilitation plan.
