The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that next three years will be observed as water years. During the years, water will be ensured in the agriculture fields of the farmers by expanding irrigation resources and projects. To bring about a white revolution, efforts are being laid to increase milk production in the state.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the land covered by Lilji Dam besides land saved after reduction of Tamas Barrage Dam height will be returned to the farmers.

Mr Chouhan made this announcement while addressing Mahapanchayat of Lilji and Tamas Barrage Dam affected farmers at Kesaura village in Satna district on Saturday.

A study was conducted to evaluate the current status of hospital waste management in Satna city. Through this investigation, it has been quite evident that a satisfactory hospital waste management system in government hospitals and private clinic is severely lacking. The waste is generally dumped in a public place, such as the hospital surroundings, roadside or city corporation dustbin.

Due to rapid growth of population and industrialization and urbanization there is a substantial increase in hospital and private nursing home as well as pathology labs in Satna. Thus the hospital waste is also increasing day by day.
