NGT, Central Zona Bench expressed satisfaction with the action taken by the hotels and ordered that "in case these sites are used by the respondents in a manner which requires any compliance under law and the same is not done, then the petitioner (Sheikh Sajid) would be free to raise the grievance accordingly".

As per the classification of CPCB poultry firms having less than 1 lakh birds do not require ‘Consent to Operate’ as per CPCB guidelines of 20.10.2015. Tribunal directs that the clarification of CPCB dated 19.07.2017 be filed before the Court.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Rakesh Chaturvedi & Others Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 21/07/2017 regarding illegal mining and sinking of the area in and around Umaria, Madhya Pradesh. The Applicant has also stated that as a result of the recent rains further caving in of the ground has been reported in and around Umaria.

Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Madhya Pradesh & Others Vs Kallo Bai dated 08/05/2017 regarding confiscation of vehicles by the Forest Development Corporation, Dhuma District, Seoni for carrying teak wood without the requisite documents. The offence was registered under Madhya Pradesh Van Upaj (Vyapar Viniyam) Adhiniyam, 1969. The broad scheme of the Adhiniyam is to punish those who are in contravention of the law at the hand of the criminal court.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Sainik Food Pvt. Ltd. vs. State of MP & Ors. dated 30/01/2017 regarding illegal in stream sand mining being carried out in river Narmada by use of boats between village Chipaner to Chorsakheda, Sehore District, Madhya Pradesh. NGT directs the District Collector (Mines) and the Superintendant of Police, Sehore to take immediate action for impounding the boats and submit a list of persons involved in the aforesaid activity.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Kuldeep Singh Parihar Vs. State of M.P. & Others dated 23/122/106 regarding pollution norms to be adopted for restaurants of eating houses/dhabas, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

National Green Tribunal directs MPPCB to investigate with regard to the norms to be adopted for restaurants of eating houses/dhabas.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Vinayak Parihar Vs.
