Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of In re: Scientific Disposal of Bio-Medical Waste arising out of Covid-19 treatment- Compliance of BMW Rules 2016. The issue for consideration is the remedial action to address the gaps in compliance of the BMW Rules, 2016, as applicable to the disposal of bio-medical waste arising out of handling of COVID-19 disease.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vivek Tyagi Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 17/07/2020 regarding compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and preventing discharge of untreated sewage in water bodies, including ponds and Upper Ganga Canal, endangering public health in Niwari town, 20 kms from Ghaziabad.

A report was filed by the Central Pollution Control Board on February 4, 2020 based on a site inspection.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vijay Kumar Malhotra Vs Uttarakhand Environment Protection and Pollution Control Board & Others dated 17/07/2020. Grievance in this application is that Himalayan Food Park Pvt. Ltd., Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand is operating in violation of environmental norms near Jim Corbett National Park. Neither the green belt has been developed around the complex nor ETP/STP has been set up. No spare land has been provided for development of green belt.

Compliance report filed by the regional officer, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) dated 17/07/2020 before the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ravi Sharma Vs State of Uttar Pradesh. The matter deals with the scientific disposal of biomedical waste by M/s Medical Pollution Control Committee (CBMWTF), Growth Central, Industrial Area, Bijoli, Jhansi was inspected by the UPPCB on June 3, 2020.

Counter affidavit filed before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on behalf of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) in the matter of M/s Platinum AAC Blocks Private Ltd. Vs The Pollution Control Committee & Others.

The report was dated July 16, 2020. The matter related to Platinuim AAC Blocks grievances regarding the directions issued to their unit by the PCC (DD&DNH). Also the PCC was not considering the unit's request to review closure order and not granting the permission for manufacturing of fly-ash bricks and blocks.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Gram Panchayat Atun, Bhilwada Vs State of Rajasthan dated 15/07/2020. A factual and action taken report was filed by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board with reference to the allegation of illegal operation of Washwell Bio-diesel Plant, Chittor Road, Village Atun, District Bhilwada Rajasthan without NOC causing pollution affecting the inhabitants of the area.

Report on behalf of Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) in compliance of National Green Tribunal order of November 1, 2019. The matter related to illegal operation of M/s Kaimi Rice Mills (also called M/s Tirthankar Rice Mills), Fatehabad Road, Ratia, District Fatehabad. During inspection, it was found that the unit was engaged in manufacturing of kachcha rice, covered under the green category.
