Taking a U-turn, the Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh today decided to return the land that was earmarked for a rail coach factory in Rae Bareli, the Lok Sabha constituency of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. This comes a week after the land allotment was cancelled.
