SHILLONG: Reiterating the urgent need for uranium supply to deal with the energy crisis in the country, the Centre on Tuesday claimed that negotiations with the Meghalaya Government on the issue of uranium mining were showing 'positive results' and that it was 'a matter of time' before Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) went ahead with the project in West Khasi Hills.
