Fresh data from the Centre for Science and Environment and the Delhi government shows that the odd and even alternate day car use scheme in Delhi is showing some fairly important changes to air pollution in the national capital. We go through these findings point by point. And in doing so we ask this question - Is it time to be less cynical?
