MUMBAI: The depression that formed over the Bay of Bengal on Monday turned into a full-blown cyclonic storm by Tuesday. Cyclone 'Laila' has got the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) worried as though it is expected to affect only the eastern coast of India, it is likely to have an impact on the entire country's monsoon pattern, including that of Mumbai.
