A Bill to provide for the identification, redevelopment, rehabilitation and for prevention of slums and to provide residential houses with infrastructural facilities, assigning property rights to identified slum dwellers and for matters connected therewith or incidental there to. This Act may be called the Odisha Property Rights to Slum Dwellers and Prevention of New Slums Act, 2012.
