Grievance in the application is against failure of the Municipal Council, Fatehabad, Haryana and other concerned authorities to manage solid waste dump site behind DAV School on Bighar Road, district Fatehabad, Haryana. It is stated that such failure is resulting in damage to the environment and public health. Waste includes garbage generated in meat markets.

The matter related to illegal mining in the name of Yodha Mines and Minerals in the river bed of Yamuna. Further, the miner diverted course of the river by constructing illegal bridge on river Yamuna.

Grievance in the application is against illegal trade of polythene which is banned. Plastic waste which also includes hospital waste is brought to land at village Bajghera, Tehsil and District Gurugram which belongs to Municipal Corporation, Gurugram and is burnt, resulting in damage to environment.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Prem Prakash Prajapati Vs Project Director, PIU Sonipat and Others dated 06/03/2023.

Grievance in the application is against failure of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in complying with its environmental obligations in the course of construction of 8-lane highway No. 44 from Mukarba chowk to Singhu border, Delhi. It is stated that near village Khampur lot of dust is generated in absence of sprinkling of water. It is further stated that 161 trees have been cut in January 2021.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjaya Kumar Mishra Vs Central Ground Water Authority & Others dated 06/03/2022.

Grievance in the application is against illegal extraction of ground water by M/s Mitsui Kingzoku Components India Pvt. Ltd. in Rewari district in Haryana.

According to the applicant, NOC was granted to the project proponent by the ground water authority for groundwater abstraction up to 30m3/day, not exceeding 18,000 m3/year. But much more extraction is taking place.
