Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General appearing for the state of Karnataka submitted that on principle, the state government is also interested in adopting all restoration measures noticed by the NGT in reference to the damage caused to the Chandrapura lake.

This application seeks remedial action to mitigate the impact of dust pollution arising out of dry sweeping of roads in metro cities. According to the applicant, dust pollution contributes to about 43% of the air pollution.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Central Pollution Control Board Vs State of Andaman & Nicobar & Others dated 22/07/2019 regarding implementation of Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (PWM Rules) and directions issued by the CPCB on 30.06.2016 to implement the thickness norms for carry bags, constitution of squads for vigilance, preventing littering of plastic waste in public, submission of annual reports and action plan for management, quantification and characterization in every city/town of all the States/UTs.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Central Pollution Control Board Vs Assam State Pollution Control Board & Others dated 23/01/2019. This application seeks approval of the proposal for utilization of 25 per cent of environmental compensation fund by the Central Pollution Control Board. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, a separate dedicated account has been maintained to receive the amount of environmental compensation.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashwini Kumar & Others Vs. Central Pollution Control Board dated 04/12/2017 regarding discharge of untreated effluents from industries, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. NGT was critical of the three reports submitted by the Joint Inspection Team saying it lacked "evidencery value and denies scientific reasoning" and cited that in two reports BOD at intlet is more than 5000 mg/l while in one report it is shown as 439 mg/l.
