Grievance in this application was against unscientific dumping of waste at main road of village Changipur, district Bijnor by the Municipal Council, Noorpur. The waste included carcasses which was resulting in foul and obnoxious smell and also air and land pollution. In spite of representations made to the Municipal Council, no remedial action had been taken.

Joint inspection report of Teva API India Pvt. Ltd., Gajraula, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh as per the National Green Tribunal order of 18/06/2020 - carried out by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) on August 11, 2020.

Incidents of gas leak took place on June 7, 2020 and June 10, 2020 from Teva API. The unit is engaged in the production of bulk drugs and intermediates.
