The State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 20/04/2017 regarding illegal mining within 1 Km from Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary situated in Village-Billin Markundi, Sonebhadra District, Uttar Pradesh. In response to an application under RTI Act, information has been given that there are 118 illegal mining operation in the area in question.

State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 20/04/2017 regarding municipal solid waste management in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. With regard to implementation of MSW Rules, 2016 in the Ghaziabad Area, the Commissioner of Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam submits that it was resolved that the Ghaziabad Development Authority will identify suitable land in one patch sufficient for establishment of MSW management plant.
