The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today filed an appeal in the District and Sessions court against the verdict of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on the Bhopal gas tragedy case delivered on June 7 this year.

The appeal was filed by CBI in the court of District and Sessions Judge Subhash Kakde under Crminal Procedure Code Section 377.
