The present petition is concerned with the supply and availability of the drug Tocilizumab 400 MG for COVID-19 patients who are prescribed the same. The counsel appearing for Roche India informed the court that considering the recent spike of the COVID-19 pandemic, Roche India has, on its  own, decided to immediately supply 10,000 doses of Tocilizumab 400 MG free of cost.

Telangana State Pollution Control Board report on Patancheru pollution, 24/11/2020

6th periodical report of Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) regarding Patancheru pollution dated 24/11/2020. The TSPCB stated that as per the directions of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), all the 17 categories of highly polluting industries were directed to install Online Pollution Monitoring Systems for their ETPs and the data to be connected to TSPCB and CPCB servers.

All the effluent carrying tankers were enforced to have GPS tracking devices and are connected to SPCBs GPS tracking system to avoid illegal dumping.
