NEW DELHI: While they may be busy as the Assembly elections are drawing nearer, leaders of both the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party here are putting in all their effort and energy in collecting and sending relief material for the flood victims of Bihar.

The Malda zilla parishad sabhadhipati has questioned the manner in which the district administration is distributing relief among the flood victims in the affected blocks of Harishchandrapur, Ratua and Manikchak.
