Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kaushambi Apartments Residents Welfare Association (KARWA) Vs. U.P. Pollution Control Board & Others dated 09/02/2017 regarding air and noise pollution in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

National Green Tribunal directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to hold a meeting within one week and one of the issues to be dealt with would be the short term and long term action plans to ensure prevention and control of pollution particularly ambient air quality in that area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohd. Arif Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 06/09/2016 regarding unauthorized polluting units which are engaged in the business of smelting of copper wire, aluminum wire, melting of batteries, plastic rubber and Iron furnace which are emitting toxic gases that is dangerous to the human life in the vicinity of Mandoli (East Delhi) and Amit Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of F Block Resident Welfare Association Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 11/08/2016 regarding illegal constructions on the green belt of F- Block Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. NGT disposes of the Application with the order that all illegal constructions standing on the green belt to be removed.

Union of India & Others dated 08/07/2016 regarding indiscriminate dumping of Municipal Solid Waste and its continuous burning in various parks, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. A grievance is made about the illegal sewer connectivity and emptying of sewerage into storm water drain as well as storm water drain getting chocked up with MSW.
