The order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ranjeet Singh Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 15/10/2019 regarding pollution by a sugar mill in Dhadha, District Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh in violation of environmental norms. The unit is emitting smoke and discharging polluting effluents affecting public health, health of animals, underground water as well as soil of the area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of In Re : Water Pollution by Tanneries at Jajmau, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh With In Re : Water Pollution at Rania, Kanpur Dehat & Rakhi Mandi, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh dated 27/09/2019 control of pollution in River Ganga.
