KANPUR: The municipal corporation is planning to introduce capsules made of fibre to collect garbage.

"We are introducing clean green capsule for collecting the garbage. We had been asked to develop clean green houses so that garbage could not be spread on the roads," municipal commissioner RN Bajpai said. Giving details of capsule, he said that it was made of fibre.
