The Tribunal in its judgement has taken a strong view to the application and stated that the the present application filed by Nirma is not only "without substance and merit but frivolous and an abuse of the process of law. Thus, we dismiss the application with costs of Rs. 25,000/-, payable to the Environmental Relief Fund constituted under The Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991."
