The matter related to the foul smell emitted from the drain flowing on the backside of houses of Greater Kailash, Delhi. The Kushak drain is open near the backside of their houses. The Kushak drain is part of the Barapullah Drain. The Barapullah storm water drain outfalls into the river Yamuna.

Report filed on behalf of Greater Chennai Corporation regarding pollution of Adyar estuary. Under the Chennai Rivers Restoration Trust (CRRT) project of eco restoration of Cooum river, construction of compound wall, boundary fence of the Cooum river have been taken up for a length of 23.92 km for preventing encroachments and preventing dumping of garbage and solid wastes. So far 20.54 km length of compound wall has been completed.

Joint committee report in the matter of Ramesh Mahendru Vs State of Punjab in compliance to the National Green Tribunal order, August 4, 2023.

Ramesh Mahendru, President of Alfa Mahendru Foundation had approached the National Green Tribunal by sending a letter complaining that a huge garbage dump has been built on the PAP flyover near bypass, Jalandhar city, which was emitting foul smell.
