Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 24/11/2017 regarding regarding registration of heavy commercial diesel vehicles in Delhi. NGT allows the Application on the condition that the new vehicles should be BS-IV compliant and the vehicles should be used only for exclusive purpose of transporting of aviation turbine fuel and no other use.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 14/11/2017 regarding air pollution in NCT Delhi. Court directs that the express highway project of Eastern Peripheral Expressway would continue subject to Senior most officer of the NHAI filing an undertaking that they shall fully ensure that there are no dust emission and no pollution is caused by their activity.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 03/08/2017 regarding registration of diesel vehicles which are BS-IV compliant and which are to be used only for the purpose of carriage of petroleum products or on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation.

NGT allows the Application subject to the condition that Indian Oil Corporation has not got any diesel truck/vehicle which are more than 10 years old and the they are not plying any such vehicle carrying on for petroleum and other products in NCR Delhi.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 19/10/2016 regarding supply of CNG/PNG as the main source of fuel for vehicular traffic in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh.

NGT directs the states of file affidavit stating the policy of state government with regard to CNG/PNG as well as the targeted programme, the cities presently covered with the supply of CNG/PNG and the cities which are likely be covered shortly.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kulshrestha Vs. Union of India & Others dated 25/02/2016 regarding rising air pollution in Delhi.

NGT directed all the public authorities to concentrate on the builders who are raising huge construction and are emanating lots of dust and other particular matters in the air as a result of not taking appropriate environmental measures.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 06/01/2016 regarding diseases as a result of pollution majorly generated by air pollution.

Gujarat, Bihar, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Chhatisgarh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Jharkhand would file a comprehensive affidavit stating the steps taken by the respective states in the respective cities, for prevention and control of air pollution. The ambient air quality samples will be taken and analysis report be submitted before the Tribunal.
