Control Board submits that the Joint Inspection Report in
relation to all the three plants at Okhla, Bawana and
Ghazipur and the Thermal Power Plants that is Rajghat
and Badarpur has been prepared, however its finalisation
is awaited.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sukhdev Vihar Residents Welfare Association & Ors. Vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 17/12/2015 regarding waste to energy plants at Bawana and Gazipur.

National Green Tribunal constituted a team to visit the three waste to energy plants and also the thermal plants at Badarpur and Rajghat. They shall report as to the steps that are required to be taken to ensure that waste to energy plant at Gazipuar and Bawana could be made operational without any further loss of time.

The Counsel appearing for the Corporation as well as representative of the Market Association submits that the parking place has already been levelled and within a short time they will put some bajri and allied material so as to prevent dust being emitted into the environment around the area in question.

NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 23/02/2015 regarding rainwater harvesting systems to be made mandatory for all existing government buildings in Delhi. The Tribunal has directed "the NCT of Delhi, DJB, DPCC and Ground water Authority, should conduct an inspection of all the flyovers on 25th February, 2015 and 26th February, 2015 and submit a report next week to the Tribunal positively."
