Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Varun Jain Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 20/08/2018 regarding removal of trees for the Airport at Jaipur. The Applicant had earlier also approached the Tribunal and the NGT had permitted the Applicant to approach the concerned authority. NGT dismisses the Application stating that a statutory authority is already looking into the matter and there is no "substantial question of environment requiring adjudication by this Tribunal".

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Tikam Singh Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 23/03/2018 regarding illegal transportation of mineral Bajari from the state of Gujarat into the State of Rajasthan whereas the Gujarat Mines and Mineral Concession Rules clearly provides, under Rule, 70, that the mineral Bajari shall not be transported outside the State of Gujarat.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Aman Sethi Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 15/01/2018 regarding air pollution caused by stone crushing units in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. By a letter dated 06.11.2012, the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, directed the appellant (Aman Sethi) to close down his stone crushing plant at Bharatpur. The High Court of Rajasthan allowed the appellant to withdraw his Writ Petition so that it could approach the National Green Tribunal which dismissed the case on the ground of delay.
