The report was in compliance with the NGT order, January 13, 2025 (central zonal bench, Bhopal).

The court was informed that the state authorities, police and the Panchayati Raj department undertook multiple operations to remove illegal encroachments on Dharma talab, Raila, and adjacent areas between October 2023 and January 2025.

The issue raised in the application are protection of historical Hingonia Dam from the encroachment from the local residence violating the environmental norms and damaging the area of the water body. The Hingonia Dam receives its water from multiple sources, including the Kalakh Dam Feeder located in Phulera, Jaipur Rural through Bandi river, Sardiya Nadi along with several other smaller feeders that contribute water to the Hingonia Dam.

Report of joint committee constituted in OA No 133/2024 (CZ) in the matter of Devidas Khatri Vs State of Rajasthan & Others.

The NGT, May 27, 2024 directed a joint committee to look into the matter of pollution of Chandlai lake, Jaipur. Most of the catchment area of the lake is surrounded by residential area and textile industries established in Sanganer area. Throughout the year, this water body receives domestic and industrial waste water discharged from textile units.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zone Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Motilal Singhania Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 18/11/2024.

Issue raised in the application is discharge of untreated water in the Kothari river and thereby polluting water quality of the river in addition to throwing the solid waste, chemicals, waste medicines on the belt of the river body in violation of environmental norms. A report was called from the State Pollution Control Board who have submitted the report with certain violations.

Chief Secretary and Principal Chief Conservator of Forest of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh was directed by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) to independently inquire the matter of corruption with regard to the connivance of the local officers in illegal mining and transportation of in the Bandh Baretha Wildlife Sanctuary.

The grievance of the applicant is allotment of the mining lease for mining in Cheja Pathar (masonry stone) as the mining area is near the hills and in the vicinity of a residential area. The hill is surrounded by the village Kala Khera, Dungar Faganwas, panchayat Ladika Bas, tehsil Neem Ka Thana, via Ganeshwar, district Sikar, Rajasthan.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zone Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Yadram Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 23/01/2024.

The grievance in the application is mining activities within the Taj Trapezium Zone (TTZ area) in violation of existing rules and orders of Supreme Court of India in W.P. (Civil) No. 653/1994 in which SC vide order, November 17, 2004 has directed that no blasting operations are allowed within 10 km of the area.
