Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Himmat Singh Shekhawat Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 09/10/2017 regarding illegal mining in the state of Madhya Pradesh. NGT expresses dissatisfaction with the Status Report placed before the Tribunal by the State Government of Madya Pradesh. Court grants two weeks to the State to file complete and comprehensive report covering the compliance to the orders of the Tribunal as well as with regard to illegal mining.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Shailendra Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 18/09/2017 regarding pollution caused by industries in Pali, Rajasthan. NGT makes it clear that those industries that are not linked to the CETP through the pipe line will be liable to be closed down as the transportation of the pollutants to the CETP through tankers is not proving to be viable alternative.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babulal Jajoo Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 18/09/2017 regarding cleaning of the nallahs of solid waste, Kota, Rajasthan. NGT directs that the river front development project along Chambal river be submitted before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Laxman Raghav Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 15/09/2017 regarding pollution at the industrial complex at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Counsel appearing for the State of Rajasthan submits that there is a pipeline that has been laid which carries the effluents. NGT directs production of DPR (Detailed Project Report) that was prepared and the data that was collected for the purposes of determining what should be the gradient size of the pipeline; the kind of effluents was it required to carry and to which end.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Jagdish Prasad & Others vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 11/09/2017 regarding acquiring of agricultural land (124.68 hectares) in village Keshaopura, Abhaypura and Bhankrota at Ajmer Road Tehsil Sanganer, District Jaipur for the purposes of urbanisation. It is alleged that the area in question had more than 13000 trees out of which 5000 green trees have already been cut without due permission from the tree officer.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babulal Jajoo Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 11/09/2017 regarding illegal mining in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Counsel for the State of Rajasthan submitted that the Collector had identified certain areas where illegal mining had been done which was ordered to be backfilled with soil and over there 300 trees have been planted.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Noratmal Sharma vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 11/09/2017 regarding flooding of underpasses in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Tribunal is of the view that solution for the same should be worked out by constructing proper drains with pumping sets and also by preventing the storm water from entering the underpasses and / or minimising the storm water flow into the under passes.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Haribol Das Baba Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 18/07/2017. The State of Rahasthan had constituted a committee under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner, Bharatpur, to look into the grievance of the Sadhu Saamaj Samiti with particular reference to the Parikrama Kshetra in District Bharatpur in Nagar and Pahadi Tehsil. Tribunal have been informed that so far the committee yet to visit the area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Naveen Saraswat Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 09/06/2017 regarding mining operations in village Gwalda, Tehsil Tijara, Alwar District, Rajasthan which is in close proximity to the Aravali range.

Order of the Rajasthan High Court Bench, Jaipur in the matter of Jago Janta Society Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 31/05/2017. The writ petition was filed to protect the cows kept in Hingonia Goshala on the outskirts of Jaipur and in other Goshalas and arrange green fodder and cattle feeds and see that no cow should die due to illness without treatment or starvation.
