State of Rajasthan & Others dated 20/05/2016 regarding the environmental destruction of Braj Parikrama route spanning across three states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan. Tribunal directs the State of Rajasthan to carry out the plantation around the Parikarma and plant not less than thousand trees in the area of 1.2 km falling in the jurisdiction of State of Rajasthan.

Union of India & Others dated 13/05/2016 regarding pollution caused by dying and printing industries in district Pali, Rajasthan. Compliance Report dated 10th May, 2016 filed by Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board reveals that the Pali Water Pollution Control Treatment & Research Foundation has submitted Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in respect of (Unit – II, III & IV) and the same were rejected-vide letter dated 11th February, 2016.

NGT directs State Pollution Board to inspect individual units and identify those which are discharging 100 kld and whether those units are having their ETP with workable RO and RO Management System.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babu Lal Jajoo Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 02/05/2016 regarding sewage water and also storm water being drained into the Gandhi Sagar Lake, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The Court has also been informed that at present on a rough estimate about 22 MLD sewage is being discharged towards the Gandhi Sagar Lake whereas the remaining sewage which is being generated is discharged in different directions.
