Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu Vs P. K. Sinha & Others dated 18/05/2018 regarding draft Cauvery Management Scheme.

Union of India assures the Apex Court that the draft scheme will be taken to its logical end in accordance with law. The Court hoped that the draft scheme will be notified in the Official Gazette and given effect to before the onset of the monsoon.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu Vs P. K. Sinha & Others dated 14/05/2018 regarding draft management scheme for Cauvery. The Central Government represented by the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation filed the draft scheme. The States of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Union Territory of Puducherry has been given copies of the draft scheme "only to examine whether the said Scheme is in consonance with the judgment of this Court".

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu Vs P. K. Sinha & Others dated 08/05/2018 regarding Cauvery water dispute. Attorney General for India submits before the Court that the Cauvery draft Scheme is ready and it will be placed before the Cabinet. Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu Vs State of Karnataka & Others dated 04/10/2016 regarding Cauvery water dispute. Supreme Court directs the State of Karnataka to release 2000 cusecs of water from 7.10.2016 till 18.10.2016.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu Vs State of Karnataka & Others dated 30/09/2016 regarding Cauvery river water allocation. The Apex Court in its Order said that the State of Karnataka is flouting the order of the Court and referred to Article 144 of the Constitution of India which clearly states that "all authorities in the territory of India are bound to act in aid of the Supreme Court" and directs the State of Karnataka to release 6000 cusecs of water from 1st October, 2016 till 6th October, 2016.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Karnataka & Others Vs State of Tamil Nadu dated 20/09/2016 regarding Cauvery water dispute.
