Grievance in the application is against failure to take remedial action against blockage of canal at Sri Balaji Nagar, Senneerkuppam, Poonamallee in district Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of P. G. Sethuram Vs State of Tamil Nadu dated 11/11/2021. Grievance in the application is against illegal operation of a stone crusher – Erode mines at survey No. 733/2, 734/2, Senapathipalayam village, Kangayam taluk, Tirupur district, Tamiil Nadu, on agricultural land, in violation of environmental norms. According to the applicant, the said unit is functioning close of the residential houses, check dam, temples and causing damage to the environment.

Independent report of Coastal Aquaculture Authority, Chennai in the matter of Original Application No. 5 of 2021 & 9 of 2021 (SZ) filed before the National Green Tribunal. The matter related to hatcheries in the districts of Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Nagapauinam and Cuddalore Districts of Tamil Nadu. The inspection committee designated for the purpose by Coastal Aquaculture Authority (CAA) had inspected 13 hatcheries located along the coast of Chengalpattu and Viluppuram districts of Tamil Nadu for alleged illegal shrimp seed production.
