A feasible new action plan with both short and long term goals to tackle the complex challenges of air pollution has been suggested by the Delhi Government as a means of tackling this issue.

At a workshop on Air Pollution Control Strategies organised by the State Department of Environment, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit exhorted the participants to work out the action plan for achieving the desired objectives.

GUWAHATI: Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) termed the parking fees as illegal. From now onwards no parking fees would be collected from the vehicle owners by the leasee.
