Submission of comppliance report by Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam in the matter of Original Application 116/2014 in the matter of Meera Shukla Vs Municipal Corporation, Gorakhpur & Others dated June 15, 2020. The matter related to pollution of Ramgarh lake, Ami river, Rapti river and Rohani river, District Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The rivers in question are tributary of river Ghaghara which in turn is a tributary of river Ganga.
Inspection report by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on Kudlu Chikkakere Lake, Kudlu, Sarajpura Hobli, Anekal taluk, Bengaluru urban district. The KSPCB informed the NGT that directions had been given to the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to take action against illegal constructions in the buffer area of Kudlu Chikkakere lake and stop the entry of sewage into the lake by providing permananent barricade/barrier at all the entry points into the lake.

NTPC 3x660 MW (stage-I) Sipat Super Thermal Power Project in Village Sipat, Tehsil Masturi at district Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh report in compliance of National Green Tribunal order of February 27, 2020 in the matter of Rashmi Singh Vs NTPC Ltd. & Others.
The applicant had filed an affidavit before NGT in reference to the status report submitted by the Regional MoEF&CC Nagpur dated June 20, 2019 and alleged that there was non-compliance of the EC conditions by the thermal power plant.
The state of Tripura on May 26, 2020 filed its report in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order of February 25, 2020 in the matter of Lt. Col Sarvadaman Singh Oberoi Vs Union of India & Others to the Central Pollution Control Board. The NGT had sought information from all states and Union Territories on water bodies – Identification, protection and restoration.
Status report by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) in the matter of Mayank Manohar & Paras Singh Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Others in Original Application No. 601 of 2018.
The matter related to closure of illegal industries operating in residential and non-conforming areas of Delhi. The Government of NCT of Delhi, directed the three Municipal Corporations to ensure compliance of the provision of Master Plan for Delhi (MPD) 2021 while granting licence/NOC to industrial units under household category in residential and non-conforming areas of Delhi.
Kerala filed its action plan on restoration of water bodies in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order of February 25, 2020 in the matter of Lt. Col Sarvadaman Singh Oberoi Vs Union of India & Others to the Central Pollution Control Board. The NGT had sought information from all states and Union Territories on water bodies – its identification, protection and restoration.
