Mandi Ahmedgarh: Prem Kumar Aggarwal, district governor, Rotary International (District 3090), has called upon all NGOs to launch a coordinated move to save infants and children who were dying due to inadequate health facilities, water-borne diseases, starvation and illiteracy.

He also highlighted the need for the water management and environment preservation for the future generations.
