CHENNAI: Nearly nine lakh domestic consumers of Cuddalore and Villupuram districts will soon be covered under the Bachat Lamp Yojana (BLY), the scheme for promoting energy efficiency by replacing incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs).

Mohali: PSEB claims saving 80 pc power
