The people of Chikkaballapur and Kolar districts are reeling under the scarcity of water. Without irrigation facility, the farmers of both the districts are facing a lot of hardships, said Chikkaballapur district BJP President N M Ravinarayana Reddy.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Wednesday, the BJP leader said both the districts are facing acute drinking water shortage.
