Photographs submitted before NGT shows indiscriminate burning of waste. The photographs are showing the dumps of waste which are already much beyond the prescribed limit and are on fire. The gases emission visibly are highly polluting and dangerous to human health.

Union of India & Others dated 03/03/2017 regarding ecological and environmental loss as a result of the establishment of 55 windmills erected in the Kallpavalli, Ananthapur District, Andhra Pradesh. ENERCON India Limited was asked to pay an environmental compensation of Rs. 50 lakh.
