The National Green Tribunal today directed Delhi government and other concerned authorities to expeditiously decide on rehabilitation of slum clusters near railway tracks.

These bye laws shall be called “Unified Building Bye Laws for Delhi 2016” .These shall be applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. These Unified Building Bye-Laws shall be applicable to the area under jurisdiction of the Delhi Development Authority and concerned local bodies.

The Supreme Court on March 16, 2016 gave two weeks to Kalka Ji Temple authorities to implement several measures suggested by the committee it had formed, that include cleanliness of the premises and putting up barricades to contain the crowd of devotees.The bench of Justices Dipak Misra and Shiva Kirti Singh asked the authorities to clean the DDA parking as well as all the other parking areas, besides instructing them to keep the toilets clean.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Misra Vs. Delhi Development Authority & Ors. dated 19/02/2016 regarding pollution of river Yamuna. Three Experts Members on the Principal Committee constituted under the Judgment of the Tribunal in the case of Manoj Mishra viz. Professor Babu, Professor Gosain and Professor Brij Gopal would visit the site and inspect the site and submit its report regarding debris and muck lying on the flood plain of the river Yamuna to the Tribunal.
