Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 29/07/2015 regarding river pollution Yamuna.

The Tribunal in its order noted "that in the flood plain area already demarcated by the DDA, not only illegal and unauthorized activities are going on, but even commercial activities of manufacturing cement pots and clay pots is going on unauthorizedly and illegally and without authority of the DDA."

The National Green Tribunal on 14 July 2015 asked DDA, Jal Board and other agencies - DSIIDC, DPCC to file a status report on the steps taken by them to implement its earlier order relating to pollution of the Yamuna river.
