ERODE: Sericulture Department has decided to tackle the mealy bug menace village-wise.

According to sources in the Department, the decision was taken after Sericulture Commissioner Harmandar Singh

convened a meeting at the Erode Collectorate on July 9.

Confusion over who will take up maintenance of the plant
