GHAZIABAD: Over the years, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) has passed several orders against dumping of civic and construction waste along the banks of the river Hindon.

Both the State of U.P. and NCT of Delhi are contributories to this environmental and health hazards arising out of unchecked indiscriminate dumping of municipal solid waste etc.
