The Indian Chamber of Commerce Industry has expressed concern over the recent decision of the Central Government not to give environmental clearance to project proposals in critically polluted industrial clusters, as it is a matter of worry to Kerala since Greater Cochin is one among them.
KOCHI: Expressing reservations over taking up the Kochi Metro project on elevated technology, former District Collector K R Rajan has recommended having the metro rail constructed underground.
