GAIL, RIL pipelines will pass through about 50 villages in DK district

Residents of Kariyangala and Ammunje villages of Kariyangala Gram Panchayat limits in Bantwal taluk are living under constant fear as two major gas pipeline projects namely project of the Gas Authority India Limited (GAIL) and the Relogistics Infrastructure limited (RIL) of Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Limited (RGTIL) are going to pass through these villages.

The ambitious three package solid waste management scheme in the MCC limits will be realised soon with the Corporation opening the technical bid for the scheme.

Project to be completed before March 2012
