Dengue cases in Mohali district have reached a record high this year. As many as 2,253 cases have been reported so far, the highest in the past eight years.

493 from Mohali city, followed by 316 from different villages in the district and 173 from Nayagaon. The health department had collected the samples of 1,880 suspected persons.

5 deaths reported; Mohali with 476 cases tops the chart

Mohali: The number of swine flu cases have been spurting in Mohali district as so far five deaths and 42 positive cases have been reported.

Swine flu cases are on the rise in Mohali district witnessing more than a five-fold increase in positive cases as compared to last year.
